Service Description

Sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles. *Session time includes 5 minutes to prepare for massage.

Cancellation Policy

Notification for a cancelled session must be given at least 4 hours in advance. Anything cancelled within 4 hours of the session is subject to losing the session at the Trainer/Therapist's discretion.
