Service Description

Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. *Session time includes 5 minutes to prepare for massage.

Cancelation Policy

Notification for a cancelled session must be given at least 4 hours in advance. Anything cancelled within 4 hours of the session is subject to losing the session at the Trainer/Therapist's discretion.
